HERE’S HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE DURING WOMAN’S MONTH

SABC News reported on story about school children using newspapers and clothes during their monthly cycle. The story revealed that thousands of South African girls cannot afford sanitary towels and tampons. In desperation, they are turning to unhygienic measures during their menstrual cycles, using newspapers and old rags. Some even opt to miss school to avoid embarrassment.
