Everyone loves the sun, but we all know that the sun’s ultraviolet rays can be harmful to our skin if we remain exposed for too long.

Uhla lwemikhiqizo ye Nivea Sun lwenzelwe zonke izinhlobo zesikhumba futhi ivikela isikhumba sakho ngendlela ethe xaxa ukuze ukwazi ukuchitha isikhathi esimnandi uselangeni, ngendlela ephephile.

  • Imisebe yelanga ayifiki njengokushisa kwisikhumba sakho, ngakho ingaba nobukhulu ubungozi ngoba asiyizwa nokuyizwa.
  • Imisebe yelanga ikhombisa ukuba namandla phakathi kuka 10 wasekuseni no 3 wantambama.

  • Gcobisa i-sunscreen esikhathini esingu hhafu wehora ngaphambi kokuphumela elangeni.
  • Isikhumba sezingane sizacile kunesabantu asebekhulile ngakho kumele zisebenzise i-factor 50/SPF50 sunblock
  • Yenza isiqiniseko sokuthi ugcoba i-sunscreen yakho ngemuva kokujuluka, ukubhukuda noma ukuzesula ngethawula. 
  • Imisebe yelanga ikhona unyaka wonke, ayikubangi ukushiswa yilanga, kodwa inomthelela ekugugeni masinyane kwesikhumba kanye ne melanoma
