Thokozani is a seasoned radio presenter with over 26 years of experience at Ukhozi FM. Her extensive career includes hosting a variety of programs, beginning with “Ezomame”, a women’s magazine show, where she focused on topics relevant to women’s interests and empowerment. Thokozani is also a passionate choral music practitioner, having hosted programs that showcased choral music and cultural heritage.
In addition to her work in choral music, Thokozani has contributed to children’s programming, which included engaging storytelling sessions and the Sunday School Radio Programme, a platform that involves various denominations across Ukhozi FM’s extensive broadcast footprint.
Thokozani has also held significant roles as a music compiler and progressed to become a Senior Producer for SABC Education, where she played an instrumental role in developing educational content.
Currently, Thokozani hosts “Ezamabandla”, a faith-based program, every Sunday from 07:00 to 09:00 AM, where she connects with listeners through spiritual discussions and teachings. She also presents a Jazz Music Program on Sundays from 17:00 to 20:00 PM, offering a platform to showcase the best of jazz music to Ukhozi FM’s diverse audience.
